Inside Sales Representative
Job Description
Location: NW PDX
Pay: $26-30/hr. (DOE)
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday 7-4pm

What You’ll Do:
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be the front line of customer interaction — supporting sales efforts, processing orders, and ensuring customers receive top-tier service.

Greet walk-in customers (contractors and homeowners)

Take inbound sales calls and process telephone orders

Perform electronic order entry accurately and efficiently

Provide market updates and pricing information to assigned customers

Interact with customers onsite as needed

Assist with inventory, pricing, and material marketing

Support counter sales and order fulfillment

Coordinate with warehouse and dispatch teams to ensure smooth delivery

Maintain product samples and literature
-
Provide outstanding customer service at every touchpoint

What You Need to Have:
-
Strong customer service and communication skills
-
Experience with order entry and sales support
-
Comfortable handling inbound calls and walk-in customers

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting

Basic math skills (fractions, decimals, percentages)

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and email systems
-
Experience with inventory or database software is a plus
The Musts:

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Comfortable working in a warehouse/yard environment at times

Strong attention to detail

Ability to collaborate with warehouse and dispatch teams

Reliable and dependable work ethic
Work Environment:
This role operates in both office and warehouse settings. You may occasionally be exposed to outdoor weather conditions, moderate noise levels, and warehouse activity including moving equipment.
