WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Customer Engagement: Provide knowledgeable guidance on our wide range of products and services to both new and existing customers.
- Sales Goals: Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets by understanding customer needs and offering suitable product solutions.
- Product Knowledge: Stay updated with the latest technologies and products in the mobile electronics industry, ensuring accurate information is relayed to customers.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the technical team to ensure seamless service delivery and address any client concerns promptly.
- Community Involvement: Participate in local events and initiatives to represent our brand and foster community relations.
- Sales Administration: Maintain accurate records of sales, customer information, and follow-ups using our CRM software.
