WHO THEY ARE:

Our CEO and founder, born and raised in the state of Gujarat in India, grew up immersed in a family business centered around farming, processing, and organic agriculture. With three generations of organic farming experience, his family currently maintains their own farm in India. In 1997, he relocated to the United States and, in 2003, alongside his father and brother, founded the company. This venture specializes in being a high-quality wholesale distributor of Non-GMO and certified organic raw food ingredients.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
As an Inside Salesperson, your primary focus will be on cultivating and maintaining strong customer relationships while driving sales from within our organization. You'll spend your days reaching out to potential clients via phone, email, or online platforms, understanding their needs, and showcasing our products or services to meet those needs effectively. You'll provide product information, address inquiries, and guide customers through the buying process, often by generating quotes and processing orders. Moreover, you'll keep meticulous records of customer interactions in our CRM system, track sales metrics, and collaborate closely with the sales team and management to meet or exceed sales targets. Your ability to communicate persuasively, understand customer requirements, and provide exceptional service will be key to your success in this role.
