OPTI STAFFING GROUP IS HIRING!
Opening:Â Inside Sales
City:Â Tualatin
Pay:Â $25 - $35 hr DOE!
Monday – Friday 7am-3:30pm
Who We Are:
Open cast polyurethane molding and urethane processing company, ideal for applications and products that require abrasive wear resistance, cut and tear resistance, superior elongation and rebound, chemical resistance, and high tensile strength.
What You’ll Do:
Serve as the primary point of contact for new business inquiries.
Prepare and deliver detailed customer quotations.
Maintain a quote log for new and existing customers.
Give customers guidance on material options based on product application and design.
Work side by side with outside sales to meet customer’s needs.
Support purchasing in sourcing customer specific materials efficiently and accurately.
Arrange team meetings to discuss high profile projects.
Compose product bill of materials/work instructions for ERP systems.
Support customer service and order processing in their absence.
Performance Expectations:
Maintaining a 48hr response time on quotes.
Quote accuracy and conversion rates.
Successful internal/external audits and contract quality requirement fulfillments.

What You Need to Have:
Requirements:
Proficient in Microsoft platforms.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to read and interpret engineered drawings/blueprints.
Excellent time management skills.
High attention to detail.
2 years of related education or work experience.
Preferred Skills:
Experience using ERP software.
Experience with calendar management and scheduling.
Intermediate computer skills.
Intermediate mathematical skills.
