OPTI STAFFING GROUP IS HIRING!
Opening: Inside Sales
City: Salem, OR
Pay: $18-22/hr DOE
Monday – Friday 6am – 4:30pm (flexible)
Who We Are:
A local, family-owned manufacturing company that engineers & builds heavy-duty industrial Grinders, Shredders, Hammermills, Screens, and Systems is looking to add to their team!
What You’ll Do:
Duties for this position will include, but not be limited to: answering phones, providing quotes, process orders, returns and refunds/credits, maintaining company records, and maintaining communications between supervisors and peers.

What You Need to Have:
The Musts:
5+ years related experience or equivalent combination of education & experience.
Excellent Customer Service Skills
Strong Phone Skills
Strong Computer skills
Strong 10-key
Strong organizational and time management skills
Data entry skills
Preferred:
Knowledge of construction materials and drawing packages
Experience with cost estimates
Prior experience in the industry
Dispatch experience
Knowledge of Microsoft platforms (Outlook, Excel, Word)
