OPTI STAFFING GROUP IS HIRING!
Opening:Â Inside Sales
City:Â Tualatin, OR
Pay:Â $20-25/hr. + Commission
Schedule: M – F 7am-4pm

Founded in 1967, our client has been a trusted provider in the fastener supply industry for over five decades. They pride themselves on their commitment to quality, reliability, and exceptional customer service. They are looking to add a customer centric inside salesperson who has experience dealing government contracts.
What You’ll Do:
-Conduct research and identify potential government contracting opportunities within the fastener supply industry.
-Develop and maintain a pipeline of leads and opportunities for bidding on government contracts.
-Collaborate with the sales team to prepare and submit bids for government contracts.
-Communicate with government agencies and prime contractors to gather information and requirements for bids.
-Prepare and present proposals to government agencies and prime contractors.
-Provide excellent customer service to government clients throughout the bidding and contracting process.

What You Need to Have:
-Proven track record of success in inside sales, working government contracts.
-Fastener supply industry experience preferred.
-Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
-Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
-Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
