OPTI STAFFING GROUP IS HIRING!
Opening: Facility Maintenance
City: Tualatin
Pay:Â $21-$25+ hr DOE!
Monday – Friday 7am-3:30pm
Who We Are:
Open cast polyurethane molding and urethane processing company, ideal for applications and products that require abrasive wear resistance, cut and tear resistance, superior elongation and rebound, chemical resistance, and high tensile strength.
What You’ll Do:
Help with anything that needs fixed around the facility. Fixing machines, possible small about of welding every so often. Documentation of anything broken and or fixed.Â
Machine Maintenance & Repair – Troubleshooting, repairing, and performing preventive maintenance on molding machines, mixers, and other production equipment.
Basic Welding/Fabrication – Occasionally welding or fabricating small parts or brackets needed for repairs.
Facility Upkeep – Handling general building maintenance such as lighting, plumbing, minor electrical, HVAC support, and ensuring the facility stays safe and operational.
Documentation – Recording repairs, maintenance activities, and reporting recurring issues to help improve reliability.
Safety Support – Maintaining a safe work environment by checking that equipment is operating properly and facility systems (e.g., emergency exits, air handling, fire extinguishers) are in working order.
Support for Production – Assisting operators with troubleshooting machine issues to minimize downtime and keep production flowing smoothly.
