What You’ ll Do:
Primary duties will include, but not be limited to: track import shipments and assist w/prioritization & scheduling of deliveries; maintain ETA’ s in ERP system; communicate with international suppliers/ocean freight carriers; daily management of Booking Tracker log; check status of shipments; ensure customs/freight clearance; assist with negotiation of ocean freight carrier contracts; maintain records of completed shipments
This position is Monday-Friday, 7am-4pm.

What You Need to Have:
At least 2 years’ experience in International Logistics Coordination required
Knowledge of global freight forwarding or import and/or related industry such as distribution, supply chain logistics
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel & Outlook
Strong attention to detail
Strong problem-solving skills
