Opening: IT Helpdesk Consultant
Location: Anchorage, AK
Pay: $45,000-$60,000 DOE

Opti Staffing Group is proud to partner with a reputable IT services company in Midtown Anchorage, AK, seeking a proactive and skilled IT Helpdesk Consultant. This role offers the opportunity to solve technology challenges while providing exceptional support to clients in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Monitor the help desk system and resolve open tickets efficiently.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring clear communication of updates and solutions.
- Document detailed and accurate notes on ticket resolutions in real-time.
- Build trustworthy relationships with clients by addressing their technical challenges.
- Collaborate with the team and escalate issues when necessary to ensure timely resolution.
- Mentor other Helpdesk Consultants and contribute to fostering a positive team environment.
REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 1 year of experience supporting Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office products.
- Experience providing remote customer support using remote tools.
- Certifications: Microsoft 365 Fundamentals (Exam MS-900) and/or CompTIA A+, or equivalent technology degree.
- Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and adherence to processes.
- Commitment to ongoing learning, including customer service training and HIPAA compliance.
