Human Resources & Admin Generalist


Looking for a highly qualified HR & Administrative Generalist with more than three years of related experience, directly in H.R. would be preferred. Must be able to work in a very fast-paced environment, and able to play multiple roles if need be. Must have a Bachelor’ s degree from a four-year college or University in related degree. Would prefer the ideal candidate be certified in SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP.   At least 3 years of Human Resource experience, and 3 years of Administrative Support.


As the newest member of this team, your responsibilities will include: Human Relations, Administrative, and Accounting
  • New Hire processes- sending new hire paperwork to employees, preparing their office space, scheduling their orientation meetings for their first two weeks, sending new hire IT task list to IT company, welcoming new hire, coordinating any questions, Office orientation, creating new hire HR files, processing background checks, etc.
  • Full spectrum of Recruiting Process – Posting job listings, reviewing resumes, Scheduling/completing phone screens, sending assessments, scheduling follow-up interviews with staff and candidate, reserving rooms, scheduling travel for candidate if needed, etc…
  • Creating Employee Clear Company Profiles
  • Creation of Employee Career Growth Plans and sending out Performance Reviews in conjunction with VP of Business Services
  • Planning and executing an employee engagement event each quarter
  • Employee Termination Processes
  • Answering Mainline Phones
  • Sorting and processing inquiries in General Email Box
  • Maintaining and managing Office Supply Closet and Storage Unit; Ordering Office Supplies as needed
  • Shipping and Ordering shipping supplies, as needed
  • Maintaining Printer
  • Process all incoming mail
  • Requests from Leadership Team
  • Coordinating off-site events for department meetings
  • Maintaining Staff Directory, Phone Extension List, Office Map, Contact Info…. In databases and spreadsheets
  • Coordinating meals/etc. for guests and special in-office meetings
  • Actively maintaining a positive office space.
  • Processing Adoption Orientation Contracts, Referral Documents, and Termination Contracts
  • Scanning/Filing AP and Bank documents in Server and physical file
  • Processing Payroll, PTO, and Benefits
  • Directly supporting the Director of Finance
  • Other accounting related tasks


Compensation: $55, 000 - $75, 000/year DOE – with excellent benefits package.
