WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Talent Acquisition and Workforce Planning
- Partner with General Managers and Executive Leadership to assess hiring needs and plan strategically for growth
- Lead full cycle recruiting for exempt and non exempt roles
- Interview, evaluate, and make hiring recommendations
- Build creative recruiting pipelines through job fairs, community events, and non traditional sourcing
- Manage and maintain ATS activity to ensure an organized and efficient process
- Ensure compliance with all federal and state employment laws
- Onboarding and Development
- Lead new hire orientation and create a strong first impression for employees
- Collaborate with leadership to design training programs that drive consistency and development
- Maintain accurate employee records within HRIS including status changes and updates
- Employee Relations and Performance Management
- Advise managers on performance issues, conflict resolution, and employee engagement
- Conduct investigations and manage complex employee relations matters professionally and objectively
- Promote a culture of accountability, transparency, and respect
- Benefits and Compliance
- Support benefits communication and administration
- Guide employees through health and welfare plans and resolve benefit related questions
- Maintain compliance with employment laws including I 9 verification and workers compensation documentation
- Ensure all HR records and processes meet regulatory standards
- Strategic and Operational HR Support
- Assist in developing policies and procedures aligned with business goals
- Support leadership with workforce initiatives and organizational improvements
- Contribute to employer branding and community engagement efforts
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or 4 plus years of relevant experience
- Minimum 6 years of HR experience with at least 5 years in professional recruiting
- Strong knowledge of employment law, benefits, and compliance
- Experience with HRIS and ATS systems
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- SHRM or HRCI certification preferred
- Hospitality or fast paced service industry experience strongly preferred
- Must be eligible to work in the United States and pass reference checks
