Opening: Home Furnishings Retail Sales
Location: Fairbanks, AK
Pay: 70,000 to 100,000 Annually
*MUST BE AVAILABLE WEEKENDS AND MOST HOLIDAYS*
Opti Staffing Group is partnering with a leading retailer to find a motivated and personable Home Furnishings Retail Sales Associate. This is an exciting opportunity to work with the nation’s top furniture brand in a role that offers professional growth and a rewarding compensation package.

Earn a guaranteed $1,680 biweekly during your initial 120-day training period. Afterward, choose to continue with the guaranteed pay or transition to a commission-based pay structure.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Welcome customers with sincerity and warmth.
- Listen carefully to understand customer needs and preferences.
- Assist customers in finding the perfect furniture solutions from showroom displays or special-order options.
- Collaborate with the in-house Interior Designer to create and present tailored design plans.
- Stay informed on product details through manufacturer training sessions.
- Provide knowledgeable guidance on all products and services offered.
- Strong listening and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively both in a team environment and independently.
- Eager to learn and proficient with POS systems and general computer programs.
- Physically able to be mobile on the showroom floor, including frequent walking, bending, sitting, and kneeling.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays like Memorial Day and Labor Day.
- Successful completion of pre-employment drug and background checks.
