This company has built a solid reputation for quality craftsmanship and customer satisfaction. They are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Carpenter/Handyman to join their growing team.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Perform residential and small commercial remodels, including kitchens, bathrooms, and other interior spaces.
- Build, repair, and maintain decks, ensuring quality and durability.
- Handle a variety of carpentry tasks, including framing, trim work, and cabinetry installation.
- Assess project requirements, provide accurate measurements, and follow project plans and specifications.
- Collaborate with other team members and subcontractors to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring all safety protocols are followed.
- Communicate effectively with clients to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven experience as a carpenter or handyman in residential and commercial settings.
- Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques, tools, and materials.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects at once.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy materials when necessary.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
