OPTI STAFFING IS HIRING!
Location: Woodburn, Oregon
Compensation: $22-30/hr. DOE
Shift: Day 7:30am-3:30pm

They are one of the leaders in their industry! 95% of their business comes from word of mouth and referrals! They specialize in residential service and replacements with furnace, heat pumps, and duct-less solutions .Â
What You’ ll Do:
Installation of systems in residential homes. Mentor and guide newer employees on the job. Spreading knowledge. Motivating and sharing vision of the organization. Offer excellent customer service.Â

1-2 years experience as an installer.Â
HVAC experience is a MUST
Ability to mentor new employees
Offer highest caliber of customer service
Great personality
Can handle difficult situations
Driver's license
