Location: Tigard, Oregon
Compensation: $21-30/hr. DOE
Shift: Day

My Client is a family owned and operated, very reputable HVAC contractor in the Tigard area. They are one of the leaders in their industry! 95% of their business comes from word of mouth and referrals! They specialize in residential service and replacements with furnace, heat pumps, and duct-less solutions .
What You’ ll Do:
Installation of systems in residential homes. Mentor and guide newer employees on the job. Spreading knowledge & troubleshooting mechanical. Motivating and sharing vision of the organization. Offer excellent customer service.

What You Need to Have:
1-2 years experience as an installer.
HVAC experience is a MUST
Ability to mentor new employees
Offer highest caliber of customer service
Great personality
Troubleshoot mechanical issues
Can handle difficult situations
Driver's license
