HVAC experts for over 50 years. We are a fast-moving, design-build contractor known for quality, reliability, and innovation. We specialize in HVAC restoration and installations for Aerospace, Manufacturing, Technology, and hi-rise clients.

What You'll Be Doing
- Assist in the installation of HVAC equipment
- Assist in equipment troubleshooting, installation, start-up, operation, and other
- Assist in the installation of flex and sheet metal duct systems
- Load all necessary materials and equipment required for each job into the company vehicle
- Follow all safety and training per company policy and procedure
- Ensure that the company vehicle is maintained and in operating order
- Participate and attend all required employee meetings and training
- Other duties as assigned
- HVAC mechanical knowledge
- 1+ year experience
- Ability to operate power and hand tools safely
- Must be able to lift 100lbs
- Comfortable with heights and working from ladders
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Basic math skills
- Must have a valid driver's license and insurable driving record
This position is a full-time, hourly, and non-exempt position. Working hours may exceed 8 hours a day and exceed 40 hours per week.Â
Hours:Â 7:00 - 4:00 (or as required by project)
Wage is based on experience: Pay: $22.00 - $35.00 per hour

My favorite sport is baseball, and I am a diehard Mariners fan regardless of my White Sox hat in my Opti photo. I have a 2-year-old goldendoodle named Murphy and I like to goof around with him in my free time and go to his favorite park and play fetch. I play some pick-up basketball, and recreational softball. Other than that, I really like watching movies.
What I like about Opti is that I can be myself and work with an amazing group of people. I really enjoy the friendly competitiveness in the office and with the other offices. Working as a bartender for 15 years I dreamed of having a career in sales, and it is pretty darn awesome, plus I can help others find the career that they have always wanted too!
