WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- HR Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, attendance, and performance data.
- Recruitment Support: Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate assessments.
- Onboarding: Help onboard new hires by providing them with necessary paperwork, explaining company policies, and assisting with orientation.
- Benefits Administration: Support the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.
- Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and assist in resolving HR-related issues in a timely and confidential manner.
- Compliance: Ensure HR policies and procedures comply with relevant laws and regulations and maintain records accordingly.
- Training and Development: Assist in coordinating training programs and professional development opportunities for employees.
- HR Reporting: Generate HR reports and metrics as needed to support decision-making and compliance.

WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE:
Previous experience in an HR support role or related field is preferred.
Knowledge of HR best practices and applicable laws and regulations.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
