OPTI STAFFING IS HIRING!
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
As an HR Generalist, you will have an opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of the employees that you interface with, as well as future candidates that apply to the company. Growing and maintaining your relationship with the key leaders in the organization is an important aspect in your role as well as your personal growth within your role; which says a lot about this company because they promote from within. With the opportunity to grow within the company, comes the reward of pay that is higher than the industry standard. The welfare of their employees is of the highest priority, and they prove it by paying their employees very well. While in this role you will utilize your skills in managing benefits, employee documents, payroll, hiring employees and terminating ones that don't work out, and assisting the Managers with any personnel issues. As an HR Generalist, you will play a vital role in the daily functions as well as success of the company as a whole.
WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU:
Pay $50-$60K DOE
Health Insurance
Vacation - 1 week after first year
Paid Costco Membership
Company Events
WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE:
Experience in the Manufacturing industry
Payroll experience
HRIS System
Be able to Hire and Fire employees
Manage Employee documents and benefits, and annual renewals
Plan company events and manage calendars
Collaborate with and support the Sales Manager, Warehouse Manager and the Shop Foreman with personnel issues
PREFFERRED SKILLS BUT WILLING TO TRAIN:
Paylocity software
Some Accounting
The "soft skills" necessary for terminating employees
