OPTI STAFFING GROUP IS HIRING
Opening: HR Coordinator
Location: Anchorage, AK
Pay: Starting at $27.00 per hour DOE
COMPANY INFO:
Opti Staffing is proud to partner with a reputable and growing company in Anchorage seeking a dependable and experienced HR Coordinator. This full-time, permanent position is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is willing to support various departments as needed.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
HR Processes: Develop and manage policies, procedures, and processes to ensure HR compliance and efficiency.
Recruitment & Onboarding: Oversee recruiting efforts, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires.
Employee Support: Serve as a resource for employee relations, ensuring a positive workplace culture.
Administrative Tasks: Assist with day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records and supporting payroll processes.
Team Collaboration: Step in and support other departments as needed, demonstrating flexibility and teamwork.
REQUIREMENTS:
5-6 years of HR experience preferred, with a strong understanding of HR best practices and compliance.
Knowledge of policies, procedures, onboarding, and recruiting processes.
Self-starter with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to maintain confidentiality.
Willingness to travel quarterly to the North Slope.
Must be able to pass a UA and background check.
