Position: HR Coordinator & Recruiter (Entry-Level)
Location: Woodland, WA (On-Site)
Pay: $22 – $27 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time | On-Site
Our Client:
A manufacturing employer seeking an entry-level Human Resources professional to support recruiting, onboarding, HR systems, and employee training in a production environment.
What You’ll Do:

Support employee recruiting and onboarding processes
-
Maintain, update, and audit HRIS records
-
Generate HR reports and support HR metrics tracking
-
Assist production teams with employee training documentation
-
Support HR programs, compliance initiatives, and departmental projects
