- Assisting in the development of HR policies and procedures.

- Collaborating with HR team members to enhance HR processes and systems.
- Contributing to HR projects and initiatives, such as talent acquisition, employee engagement, and compliance efforts.
REQUIREMENTS:

- A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Previous experience in HR analysis or a similar role.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data.

- Knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
