H.R. Business Partner for Washington/Oregon Territory
My client is looking for an experienced H.R. Business Partner to join their team! The right candidate will be able to handle crucial conversations and be a problem solver. HAS TO BE ABLE TO PUT OUT FIRES! But is graceful.
This position has a lot of restaurant operations. Must have 4-6 years progressive experience in a H.R. Role within the hospitality business, or in a progressive restaurant.
They must have a proven ability to self-manage and complete the must-haves. Has ability to get to the right solution with Performance Management Issues in a timely manner. Isn’ t daunted at choosing and influencing the Difficult Right vs the Easy Wrong.
Has a passion and ability to drive Organizational Development.
Is a capable communicator in small & large groups.
Can work irregular hours (this is not a 9-5er).
Has an Undergrad in HR, Communications or Business Certificate on their wall.
Is in the Washington State/Oregon area or be capable of relocating.
Has Operational Business Acumen.
Has an unwavering sense of humor.
Can do some overnight travel here and there.
SHRM Qualifications are much appreciated.
Compensation is DOE, but between $60, 000-$80, 000.
