Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday

What You’ll Do:
As a General Superintendent, you will coordinate and manage project superintendents, oversee daily operations at job sites, and ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of safety and quality.
Key responsibilities include:

Managing field leaders (Superintendents, Foremen, Site Leads)
-
Overseeing project schedules, safety compliance, labor assignments, and quality control
-
Developing and implementing standard operating procedures
-
Supporting subcontractor coordination and relationships
-
Monitoring manpower and equipment across projects
-
Leading training initiatives and enforcing best practices
-
Communicating with Project Managers, Estimators, and company leadership on field performance and resource needs

What You Need to Have:

Proven experience as a Superintendent or in field operations leadership
-
Strong understanding of construction best practices and safety regulations (OSHA, PBOT, ODOT, etc.)

Effective communication, organization, and time management skills
-
Ability to oversee multiple projects, coordinate labor, and manage competing priorities
The Musts:
-
Ability to lead and train field teams with professionalism and clarity
-
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
-
Strong knowledge of construction codes, compliance, and scheduling systems
-
Proficiency in reviewing job costing, billing processes, and change order documentation
Preferred:
-
Experience managing subcontractor relationships and overseeing multiple job sites
-
Familiarity with managing jobsite equipment, tools, inspections, and punch lists
-
Knowledge of software for project scheduling and reporting
