WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Assist the CFO in managing the financial, human resources, and administrative affairs of the organization.
- Maintain and manage General Ledger activities, sub-ledger details, and payroll for various companies within the organization.
- Ensure timely and accurate recording of financial transactions, including A/P and A/R.
- Handle payroll and related tax reporting.
- Prepare and book journal entries for monthly, quarterly, and yearly closes.
- Reconcile bank accounts and process intercompany billings and receipts.
- Prepare and issue appropriate tax forms, such as W-2s and 1099s.
- Ensure timely filing of all tax returns and payments.
- Record monthly journal entries for daily revenue.
- Prepare bank deposits and reconcile Petty Cash.
- Assist with HR duties and prepare HR reports as needed.
- Maintain both electronic and physical files.
- Assist with admin duties as required.
- Attend meetings and training sessions as necessary.
- Perform any other duties as assigned.
