Location: Anchorage, AK
Pay: $18 to $25 per hour depending on experience

About Opti Staffing Group

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Assist with loading and unloading materials, equipment, and deliveries
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment
- Organize warehouse inventory and maintain a clean work area
- Operate pallet jacks, hand trucks, and other warehouse equipment
- Support general labor tasks at job sites or warehouse facilities
- Receive incoming shipments and verify product accuracy
- Follow safety procedures and maintain organized workspaces
REQUIREMENTS:
- Reliable and hardworking individuals with a strong work ethic
- Ability to lift 40 to 60 pounds and work in an active environment
- Dependable attendance and ability to work well with a team
- Previous warehouse, labor, construction, or distribution experience is a plus but not required
- Forklift experience is helpful but not required
- Willingness to learn and take direction from supervisors
