WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Prepare and cook balanced, nutritious meals following daily menus and dietary guidelines
- Support meal service operations for seniors and individuals with specific nutritional needs
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and comply with food safety standards and regulations
- Assist with meal packaging, labeling, and timely distribution
- Monitor food supplies and assist with inventory management
- Work collaboratively with a small, dedicated team focused on service and quality
- Start early at 5:30 AM and finish your day knowing you’ve helped someone in need
REQUIREMENTS:
- Previous cooking or food service experience preferred
- Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and portion control
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Positive attitude and genuine desire to help others
- Dependable, punctual, and able to thrive in a team setting
