Opening: Front Desk Receptionist / Staff Support
Location: Anchorage, Alaska
Pay: DOE, with full benefits (M–F, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM schedule)

We’re partnering with a small, locally owned insurance company in Anchorage that takes pride in providing excellent service to its clients and maintaining a supportive, team-focused office. They’re looking for a friendly and professional Receptionist/Staff Support to be the welcoming face of the company.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Greet clients warmly and provide outstanding customer service.
- Answer and direct incoming calls with professionalism.
- Assist customers with questions, requests, and paperwork (including sending proof of insurance).
- Provide clerical and administrative support to insurance agents.
- Keep the front desk and office environment organized and efficient.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong customer service and communication skills with a positive, professional attitude.
- Dependable, mature, and detail-oriented.
- Comfortable using computers and office software.
- Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Interest in long-term career growth—room to advance within the insurance industry.
