WHAT YOU’LL DO:
As the first point of contact for patients, you will play a key role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring efficient scheduling. Responsibilities include:
- Greeting and checking in patients with professionalism and warmth
- Managing the surgery schedule to ensure smooth daily operations
- Handling incoming calls, appointment requests, and patient inquiries
- Verifying insurance information and processing patient paperwork
- Coordinating with medical staff and assisting with front office duties
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations
REQUIREMENTS:
- Previous front desk, scheduling, or administrative experience in a medical setting preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling software
- Ability to handle confidential patient information with discretion
- A friendly, professional demeanor and strong attention to detail
