Job Title: Foreman/Shop Lead
Location: Greater Vancouver Area

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
As the Foreman/Shop Lead, you will be at the helm of managing the entire fabrication process, from blueprint to finished product. This includes overseeing a team of Fitters/Fabricators and managing machinery such as press brakes, band saws, and CNC equipment. Your role involves guiding the team through detailed material fabrication and processing. Emphasizing speed, accuracy, and safety, you'll draw on your experience to troubleshoot any issues that arise.

WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE:
The Musts:
- Previous experience reading blueprints
- Previous experience in fabrication with mild steels
- Experience managing machinery such as press brakes, band saws, and CNC equipment
- Coachable personality with a quick learning ability
- Ability to consistently lift 50lbs
- Reliable transportation
Preferred:
- Some college or trade school education
- Welding certifications in any position are preferred
- Highly preferred: Ability to read blueprints
