Position: Lead Form Builder
Location: Woodland, WA
Salary: $20-28 per hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:00 am – 2:30 pm
Are you an experienced Form Builder with a passion for leadership and concrete fabrication? We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team in Woodland, WA, as the Lead Form Builder/Fabricator Supervisor. Take your skills to the next level and play a crucial role in overseeing our concrete forming operations.
Responsibilities:
As the Lead Form Builder/Fabricator Supervisor, you will be responsible for:

Team Leadership:
- Supervising and leading a team of Form Builders in daily operations.
- Providing guidance and training to ensure efficient and high-quality work.

Concrete Forming Operations:
- Operating concrete forming machines to create precise forms.
- Overseeing the use of cranes for safe material and equipment movement.

Fabrication Expertise:
- Utilizing your expertise in concrete fabrication to ensure top-notch quality.
- Making modifications to built concrete forms using advanced stick welding techniques.

Material Handling:
- Directing the loading and unloading of materials using forklifts and cranes.
- Ensuring the efficient movement of materials between different departments.

Safety Compliance:
- Enforcing strict adherence to safety protocols and the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Conducting regular safety inspections and addressing any concerns promptly.
Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you should have:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in concrete forming and fabrication.
- Advanced skills in mixing concrete and stick welding techniques.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs comfortably.
- Willingness to work overtime when necessary.
- Strong aptitude for following both written and verbal instructions.
- Experience with blueprint interpretation is a plus.
