Position: Finish Carpenter/Site Lead

Job Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise a team of carpenters on various residential construction projects.
Take charge of finish carpentry tasks, including setting doors and windows, trim work, flooring installation, and exterior woodworking.
Collaborate with project managers and other trades to ensure smooth project execution and timely completion.
Maintain high standards of workmanship and quality control throughout all stages of construction.
Provide expertise and guidance to the team, assisting in problem-solving and decision-making.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment.
Qualifications and Skills:

Proven experience as a Finish Carpenter, with a strong background in residential construction and remodeling.
Proficiency in setting doors and windows, trim work, and various types of flooring installation.
Skilled in exterior woodworking and able to bring creativity to outdoor living spaces.
Ability to lead a team effectively, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Detail-oriented with a keen eye for precision and aesthetics.
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with project stakeholders.
Knowledge of safety protocols and a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
The salary for this position ranges from $27 to $32 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications (DOE).

This is a full-time position with a fixed daytime schedule.
