Opening: Financial Advisor
Location: Anchorage, AK
Pay: $50-60K Starting Base Salary + Incentives (Potential to earn $100-110K in the first year)

Opti Staffing is partnering with a prestigious trust company in Anchorage, AK, to find an experienced and knowledgeable Financial Advisor. This is a remarkable opportunity for a Certified Financial Planner (CFP), Certified Investment Management Consultant (CIMC), Chartered Investment Counselor (CIC), or Personal Financial Specialist (PFS) to join a respected firm with a strong reputation in the financial services industry. WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Provide comprehensive financial planning services to clients, including investment management, retirement planning, estate planning, and tax strategies.
- Develop personalized financial plans that align with clients' goals and risk tolerance.
- Manage and grow a book of business by building strong relationships with clients and delivering exceptional service.
- Meet with clients regularly to review their financial plans and make necessary adjustments based on life changes, market conditions, and client objectives.
- Stay informed about market trends, financial regulations, and new investment products to provide clients with the most up-to-date advice.
- Collaborate with the trust company's team of financial experts to ensure clients receive holistic and well-rounded financial advice.
- Work towards achieving and exceeding performance targets, with incentives available for hitting key milestones.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Certified Financial Planner (CFP), Certified Investment Management Consultant (CIMC), Chartered Investment Counselor (CIC), or Personal Financial Specialist (PFS) designation required.
- Proven experience as a financial advisor, with a strong track record of success.
- Ability to bring a book of business is highly preferred and will be compensated accordingly.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to develop and manage complex financial plans.
- Commitment to ethical practices and a fiduciary responsibility to clients.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
