Fence Installer
Job Description
Location:Â Sherwood, OR
Compensation:Â $20-35/hr DOE
Schedule: Monday – Friday, early start times depending on weather
Who We Are:
We’re partnered with a locally owned fencing company that’s been in business for over 25 years, delivering high-quality residential and commercial fencing solutions across the region. From custom builds to large-scale installations, this crew is known for expert craftsmanship, attention to detail, and a strong team culture.
What You’ll Do:
We’re looking for experienced fence installers who know the ins and outs of the trade. You'll be working with wood, chain link, vinyl, and ornamental iron—reading site plans, measuring and squaring corners, digging post holes, and completing clean, durable installations. This is a physically active, hands-on role where precision and pride in your work matter every day.

What You Need to Bring:
- 5–10 years of professional fence installation experience
- Ability to work independently or with a team
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Willingness to start early during hot weather conditions
