Location: Tigard, Oregon
Compensation: $25-30 DOE
Monday-Friday 8am - 4:30pm

The current opening is a long term and permanent position with one of those great customers. They are a locally owned and operated OEM who specializes in manufacturing automated capital equipment. They pride themselves on offering a friendly and family-oriented environment. This is a company that allows you to truly make an impact by empowering you to help in multiple areas. My customer wants your ideas and input. You can expect great comradery, potlucks, barbecues and other team building activities. They need a team player who wants to help their peers while positively impacting the company’s vision.
What You’ ll Do:
- Pass internal forklift test & certification program
- Become a designated forklift trainer.
- General maintenance and repair of buildings, facilities, equipment and grounds.
- Electrical, plumbing, glazier, masonry and painting experience.
- Activate and deactivate building alarms - responds to alarm calls during and after regular work hours.
- Service appliances, kitchen and emergency equipment, set up and break down cubicle partitions.
- Obtain quotes and arrange for services of outside vendors if needed.
- Annotate and update work logs for site requirements.
- Change filters on heating, ventilation and air conditioning units and air compressors.
- Troubleshoot all repairs, adjustments and structures.
