Who We Are:
Local Manufacturing company is looking to add a skilled facilities maintenance person to their team! This company does precision machining for aerospace and defense!Â
What You’ ll Do:
As a facilities maintenance person you will be in charge of a variety of duties including care and maintenance of building, basic roof maintenance, floor cleaning, installation and upkeep of machine coolant delivery system! Plumbing systems, light construction, as well as carpentry.Â
What You Need to Have:Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â
- Plumbing experienceÂ
- Construction and carpentry experienceÂ
- Custodial experience
- Floor maintenance experience
- Strong communication skills
- Valid driver's license
- Forklift and scissor lift use/maintenance experienceÂ
- Knowledge of SDS Hazmat sheets, lockout/tagout and PPE use
