Location: Forest Grove, Oregon
Compensation:Â DOE
Shifts: Monday-Friday
Hours:Â 8:00am-5:00pm
Who We Are:
A local industrial manufacturing company that engineers, fabricates, and sells equipment for the farming and logging industry is looking to hire! They are a complete process taking in material and performing everything from CNC machining, welding, and assembly.
What You’ll Do:
This is a role where you will be challenged to weld and fabricate.  This is NOT a production role where you will lay the same bead every day, it is job-based. You will be welding, fabricating, doing some machine operation as well as cutting materials for your projects. You must be able to work with aluminum, railer steel, stainless, and its all manual.Â

What You Need to Have:Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â
- 2+ years of experience MIG welding on thick materials – we weld on steel very different than stainless steel or aluminum
- Must be able to fabricate
- Excellent math skills
- HUGE plus if they have machine operating experience
Certifications are not required, but always a plus
