What You’ll Do:

Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on a variety of vehicles

Work in a clean, organized, well-lit shop designed for productivity

Communicate clearly with service advisors and front staff

Take pride in quality repairs and proper diagnostic procedures

Continue developing your technical skillset through ongoing training

What You Need to Have:

At least 3 years of experience in a professional automotive repair shop

Strong diagnostic and repair skills

A problem-solving mindset and attention to detail

Dependability and a team-first attitude
The Musts:

Valid driver’s license
-
Ability to commute to Longview, WA
-
Willingness to relocate prior to start date if not local
Preferred:
-
ASE certifications (support available toward advanced/master certification)
-
Experience with diagnostics beyond basic maintenance
-
Long-term mindset — looking for a shop to grow with
