Location: Woodburn, Oregon
Compensation: $110K - $130K/year DOE
Who We Are:
My client is a local family-owned wholesale distributer that has been in business for over 50 years. They focus on building relationships with their clients and providing quality service. They offer flexible delivery and many different payment options.
What You’ll Do:
The Sales Manager is responsible for leading a team of (8) Inside Sales and customer service and (4) Outside Sales. The successful candidate will create and monitor sales-related goals, coach and develop the sales team, proactively recruit new sales professionals and collaborate with Branch Operations leadership on monthly and annual sales goals. They should be expected to travel at least once a month via airplane to build customer relations. They will prepare budgets and plans while supporting the team.
