Who We Are:
We are partnering with a well-established and growing HVAC and Plumbing Services company known for delivering high-quality residential and light commercial service work across the Portland Metro area. This team has built a strong reputation through excellent customer service, efficient dispatching, and long-term client relationships.
Due to continued growth, they are looking for a Customer Service Representative / Dispatcher who understands the pace of a busy service environment and can confidently support both customers and field technicians.

What You’ll Do:

Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming service requests

Schedule and dispatch technicians in a high-volume environment

Communicate clearly with customers regarding service timelines, expectations, and pricing

Triage and prioritize service calls based on urgency and technician availability

Maintain accurate records of service calls, customer interactions, and job details

Coordinate closely with field technicians and internal teams to ensure smooth operations

Assist with estimates, invoicing, and follow-up communication

Deliver a consistently high level of customer service and professionalism

What You Need to Have:
-
2+ years of customer service/dispatch experience within HVAC and/or plumbing (required)
-
Strong understanding of service workflows, technician scheduling, and dispatch coordination
-
Familiarity with HVAC systems, plumbing services, and common terminology
-
Proven ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-call-volume environment
-
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
-
Stable work history with strong tenure in previous roles
The Musts:
-
Experience dispatching HVAC and/or plumbing technicians
-
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and service/dispatch software
-
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
-
Ability to stay calm, efficient, and solution-focused under pressure
-
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Preferred:
-
Experience working for a high-volume residential service company
-
Familiarity with dispatching software (ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, etc.)
-
Experience supporting multiple technicians and service routes daily
