***DIRECT HIRE***
Location: Hillsboro, OR
Pay: $20-25/hr. DOE
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday 7am-4pm

What You’ll Do
As an Inventory Specialist, you’ll work closely with management and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless goods movement, stock accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
Your responsibilities will include:

Receiving, checking, counting, and putting away stock

Picking and packing customer orders within strict turnaround times
-
Performing regular stock checks and cycle counts
-
Maintaining accurate inventory levels and critical stock items
-
Working within a computerized WMS / ERP system
-
Supporting local product deliveries to customer sites
-
Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized warehouse
-
Using company vehicles and equipment responsibly
-
Identifying process improvements and proactive solutions

What You Need to Have

Prior warehouse or inventory experience

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Comfortable using computer systems (WMS / ERP)

Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel included)

Excellent teamwork and communication skills
-
Full driver’s license
Highly Preferred

Forklift license and experience
-
Experience with stock control systems (ERP/WMS)

SAP experience
-
Background in spare parts management
