Opening: Dump Truck Driver
Location: Anchorage, AK
Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour DOE
Opti Staffing Group is partnering with a well-established Alaska company that has been serving the community for over 42 years. Our client is seeking a dependable CDL Dump Truck Driver to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to work for a locally owned company with strong leadership, long-term stability, and year-round work.
This company specializes in asphalt, gravel, and snow removal services throughout Alaska. During the summer months, the team focuses heavily on asphalt and gravel operations, while winter brings snow removal and seasonal maintenance projects. The owner works alongside his team daily and is looking for someone who is reliable, hardworking, and ready to contribute to a positive team environment.
What You'll Do:
- Operate dump trucks safely and efficiently on various job sites
- Haul asphalt, gravel, and other construction materials
- Follow all DOT regulations and company safety procedures
- Assist with snow removal operations during winter months
- Maintain equipment cleanliness and report any maintenance concerns
- Work closely with crew members to support daily operations
What We're Looking For:
- Valid CDL License (Class A or Class B accepted)
- Safe driving record
- Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Team-oriented attitude and willingness to learn
- Previous dump truck or construction experience is a plus, but not required
Schedule:
- 6 days per week
- Flexible start times available:
- 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
