OPTI STAFFING GROUP IS HIRING
Opening: Executive Assistant to CEO
Location: Anchorage, AK
Pay: $25.00–$28.00 per hour DOE

COMPANY INFO:
A growing, mission-driven Anchorage organization is seeking a highly capable, organized, and thoughtful Executive Assistant to support its CEO in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. This is a unique opportunity to work closely with leadership in a role that directly supports community impact, organizational growth, and high-level operations.

The ideal candidate is someone who can move seamlessly between executive-level communication, detailed administrative support, project coordination, and hands-on day-to-day assistance. This role requires strong discretion, flexibility, professionalism, and the ability to adapt quickly as priorities shift throughout the day.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and executive email correspondence

Draft, edit, and refine professional written communications including emails, letters, speeches, and presentations

Prepare materials and assist with meetings involving community leaders, donors, and public officials

Conduct research and support development of presentations, reports, and organizational materials

Assist with marketing and communication materials including flyers, announcements, and outreach content (Canva experience preferred)

Coordinate logistics, scheduling, follow-up, and communication for meetings, events, and outreach efforts

Run occasional errands and assist with day-to-day operational needs as they arise

Support both high-level priorities and small administrative details in a constantly evolving environment

REQUIREMENTS:
Strong written and verbal communication skills

Excellent organization and time management abilities

High level of discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality

Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment where priorities may shift frequently

Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office, Outlook, email systems, and Canva or similar design platforms

Fast and accurate typing/data entry skills

Ability to work independently while also collaborating closely with leadership

Positive, patient, flexible, and solution-oriented attitude

Comfortable interacting with a wide range of individuals including leadership, community members, donors, and public officials

BENEFITS & SCHEDULE:
Full-time or part-time opportunity (approximately 25–40 hours per week depending on candidate)

In-person position based in Anchorage, AK
