We’re partnering with a dynamic multimedia advertising company that helps Alaska businesses amplify their brand and connect with audiences across TV, radio, print, and digital platforms. They are seeking a hands-on Sales Manager who thrives in both leading a team and rolling up their sleeves to drive revenue directly.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Actively engage in the sales process—prospecting, pitching, and closing deals with local and regional clients.
- Train and develop sales reps, providing coaching, ride-alongs, and constructive feedback.
- Collaborate with marketing, production, and client services to deliver impactful advertising solutions.
- Analyze sales performance, set KPIs, and report results to senior leadership.
- Foster long-term client relationships while driving new business growth.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 3+ years of sales leadership experience, ideally in advertising, media, or a related industry.
- Proven success as both a team leader and an individual producer.
- Strong understanding of multimedia advertising channels (TV, radio, digital, print).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build rapport with clients and inspire a sales team.
- Organized, self-motivated, and data-driven.
