Opening: Triage Scheduler
Location: Anchorage, Alaska

We’re proud to partner with a respected cardiology clinic in Anchorage that provides compassionate, high-quality care to patients across Alaska. They are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Triage Scheduler to support patient flow, scheduling, and communication between patients, providers, and clinical staff.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Serve as the first point of contact for patients calling into the clinic for scheduling needs.
- Gather key patient information to ensure accurate scheduling and triage of calls.
- Schedule appointments and follow-up visits, coordinating with providers and nursing staff.
- Prioritize urgent cases and communicate with the clinical team to support patient care.
- Document patient interactions and appointment details in the clinic’s EMR system.
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring patients feel heard and supported.
- Assist with general front-office duties as needed.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Previous medical scheduling or healthcare office experience strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with medical terminology and EMR systems.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced clinic environment.
- Dependable, professional, and detail-oriented.
