Opening: Executive Assistant
City: Gig Harbor, WA

With our senior partner at the helm, our team of commercial business brokers excels in aiding small and medium-sized business owners throughout Kitsap County, South Puget Sound, and the vast Olympic Peninsula region. Our committed professionals adeptly guide both experienced and first-time buyers and sellers, facilitating optimal matches for business sales and commercial property transactions, covering Class C Commercial spaces.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
The executive assistant plays a crucial role in our company, overseeing the entire process of listings from start to finish and managing daily office operations. They must possess exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, follow-through, and organization. This pivotal role is relied upon by many brokers, emphasizing its importance. Expectations and responsibilities include maintaining professionalism, courtesy, and respect for clients, always with a welcoming demeanor.
WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU:
$23-25/hr DOE
Monday-Thursday 7:30am-4:30pm
Fridays 7:30am-2pm
WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE:
This is a full-time role with varying workloads, sometimes slow and other times very busy. Timely completion of tasks is expected. It's crucial for the person in this position to be well-rounded and knowledgeable. You'll undergo training in understanding purchase and sales agreements, legal document inputting, escrow and title processes, and other relevant classes to stay updated with market requirements. Strong communication is a must.
