Position: Executive Administrative Assistant
Location: Lake Oswego, OR
Pay: $20 - $30 an hour
Schedule: M-F 8AM-5PM

As an Executive Administrative Assistant, you'll play a crucial role in our organization by providing comprehensive support to our executive team. Your responsibilities will include managing calendars, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

The Musts:
- Proven experience in an administrative role 3-5 years
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to type accurately and efficiently
- Customer service-oriented mindset with the ability to handle inquiries professionally
- Experience with QuickBooks
- Executive assistant experience 2-3 years
