Location: Anchorage, AK
Pay: $60,000 + Commission

Opti Staffing Group is thrilled to partner with a premier event management company in Anchorage, AK, in its search for an innovative and driven Event Partnerships and Sales Specialist. This organization produces high-profile events throughout the year, creating opportunities for networking, advertising, and community engagement. WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Cultivate partnerships with businesses to secure their participation in community-focused events.
- Design and pitch creative event sponsorship packages that align with client goals and objectives.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to attract new business and expand existing relationships.
- Collaborate with internal teams to plan and execute impactful events that meet and exceed client expectations.
- Identify trends and opportunities in community engagement and incorporate them into event offerings.
- Deliver compelling presentations to showcase the value of event participation and sponsorship.
- Meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining a strong focus on building long-term partnerships.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven sales experience, with a preference for roles involving creative or event-driven solutions.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a knack for building and maintaining relationships.
- Ability to think creatively and tailor solutions to client needs.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Experience with event planning or sponsorship sales is a plus.
