ESTIMATOR - Renton, WA
We are seeking an Estimator to join our company. The primary role for this position is to see new jobs and write up repair estimates. You will need to communicate with insurance adjusters to get approvals and answer any questions they may have. You will maintain the company calendar and schedule the work as needed by communicating with the customer. Also, you will do any project management that is necessary, ie: scheduling subcontractor, order materials, etc... This position will be handling numerous projects simultaneously.
Skills Needed

Our focus is on urban, mixed-use, transit oriented, and environmentally sustainable development that enhances the community fabric. We currently manage $450M of mixed-use, urban and student housing development in the Puget Sound Area. Our team has overseen development and construction for a wide range of clients including higher education, civic entities, health care, arts and cultural institutions and private land owners. These projects have included new construction, renovation and adaptive reuse. Sustainable development principles have always played an important role in our work and with the introduction of the LEED rating system, our projects have achieved ratings from certified to platinum with more recent projects achieving higher ratings.

Skills Needed
- Construction Estimate experience
- Prior experience using Xactimate estimating software is preferred
- MUST have excellent customer service
- Have an action/proactive nature and implement good judgement
- Willingness to pitch in to help where needed (In the field, delivering materials, or helping move something on a job site.
- Organization is critical
- Must be detail oriented.
