Opening: Estate & Trust Administrator
Location: Anchorage, AK
Pay: $89,000 - $118,000 PY

Opti Staffing is exited to partner with Anchorage’s leading financial institution offering comprehensive wealth management services. They have shown they are are committed to building lasting relationships with our clients and delivering exceptional fiduciary solutions in Alaska.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
  • Develop and maintain trust business relationships, including regular interactions with clients, attorneys, and beneficiaries.
  • Administer complex trust and fiduciary accounts, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and legal standards.
  • Drive business development by identifying opportunities, cultivating referral networks, and representing the organization in community events.
  • Prepare and deliver trust presentations, proposals, and financial reports.
  • Coordinate tax planning and preparation for fiduciary accounts.
  • Support the development of policies, procedures, and business strategies for the wealth management division.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to meet client needs and achieve organizational goals.
  • Supervise staff, providing training, guidance, and performance management as needed.

REQUIREMENTS:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, accounting, or finance (required); advanced trust officer experience (6+ years preferred).
  • Strong understanding of fiduciary principles, legal terminology, and trust account management.
  • Proven client relationship management and business development skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation software.
  • Exceptional communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Preferred: Law degree, professional trust certification, or supervisory experience.
