Opening: Estate & Trust Administrator
Location: Anchorage, AK
Pay: $89,000 - $118,000 PY

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Develop and maintain trust business relationships, including regular interactions with clients, attorneys, and beneficiaries.
- Administer complex trust and fiduciary accounts, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and legal standards.
- Drive business development by identifying opportunities, cultivating referral networks, and representing the organization in community events.
- Prepare and deliver trust presentations, proposals, and financial reports.
- Coordinate tax planning and preparation for fiduciary accounts.
- Support the development of policies, procedures, and business strategies for the wealth management division.
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet client needs and achieve organizational goals.
- Supervise staff, providing training, guidance, and performance management as needed.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, accounting, or finance (required); advanced trust officer experience (6+ years preferred).
- Strong understanding of fiduciary principles, legal terminology, and trust account management.
- Proven client relationship management and business development skills.
- Advanced proficiency in word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation software.
- Exceptional communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Preferred: Law degree, professional trust certification, or supervisory experience.
