What You'll Do:
We are seeking a Heavy Truck Technician to help modify and maintain trucks and vans. Your key duties will include:
- Vehicle Modifications: Install custom parts and equipment to meet client needs.
- Tool Usage: Operate hand and power tools safely to complete installations.
- Maintenance Checks: Ensure vehicles are in proper working order after modifications.
- Problem Solving: Work with your team to address and fix any technical issues.
- Workspace Organization: Maintain a clean and organized area with proper tool storage.
- Record Keeping: Track work completed and report any issues for follow-up.
What You'll Need:
- Strong mechanical skills and experience with heavy trucks and vans.
- Proficiency with tools used in heavy equipment service.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues.
- Physical ability to lift heavy parts and complete tasks efficiently.
- Detail-oriented with strong communication skills.
- Experience in truck/van customization is a plus.
